Monitor resident health and recommend file transfers if a higher level of care is needed, in coordination with Property Manager. Develop new and maintain existing community linkages/referrals for mental/behavioral health, including partnerships with managed care plans as appropriate. Conduct Quality Assurance reviews to ensure stated operating procedures are meeting the requirements of funders and accreditation. Program Oversight: Monitor the program’s effectiveness to ensure that program is achieving its goal relative to tenants maintaining permanent housing, securing employment, and establishing stability. Ensure that the organization and individual programs meet or exceed internal and external goals, enhance the quality of life for our residents, and contribute to mandated performance standards and outcome measurements. Develop and propose pilot courses to consistently improve the effectiveness of programs that lead to resident independent living. Re-initiate a full calendar of programming in the post-COVID era and seek supportive funding. Programming: Guide and continuously evaluate the vision, planning, implementation and results of housing programs.Work with front line supervisors to understand and implement their role as supervisors. Implement a consistent system for orienting, training, and mentoring staff that includes completion of YWCA orientation and other required training. Provide individual supervision to and annual evaluations of direct reports. Model professionalism and problem-solving behavior for clients, staff, and community. Interact in a calm, professional manner with clients, volunteers, and staff. Manage and teach crisis intervention and de-escalation. Plan, develop, and implement the delivery of crisis services that address the needs of the clients.
